Assists the Assistant Director for smooth and quality operation of the property centre.·
Ensures effective and quality management and maintenance of property centre and in its service delivered to the customers.·
Good working experience in property or estate management, preferable in retail properties·
Strong team player, resilience, resourceful with effective communication and problem solving skills·
Manage and monitor for property including tenant fit-out, renovation works·
Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers·
Strong relationship and understanding with Tenants and local government bodies.·
