岗 位 职 责Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.完成新产品过程开发工作，确保开发过程符合APQP和PLP要求和项目进度。
Be responsible for process design of new project, insure meet the requirement of APQP and project timing.
2.根据工艺流程，会同项目组相关人员策划生产设备和工装，确定过程参数，参与生产设备安装调试。
According to process flow, plan production equipment and tooling with team member. Setting process parameter, participate equipment install and trial run.
3.完成新产品报价，满足报价要求。
Finish the quotation of the new product.
4.保持与行业最新技术和方法的同进，能够在新产品的过程开发中消化并运用这些技术。
Synchronize with the advanced techniques in the global, digest and use these techniques during new product launching.
5.产品批产后，负责产品的现场工艺和工程更改，对产品工艺持续改进。
Be responsible for process on site and engineering change after SOP. Conduct continuously improvement on process.
6.参与客户质量问题的分析和解决。
Participate in customer issue analyze and solving.
7.分析过程缺陷，协助横向工程师解决相关问题。
Analyze defects in process; assist other engineer to solve issues.
8.完成工厂新产品报价。
Finish PIFF of manufacturing department.
